Depending on the product’s dimensions, the machine can be equipped with several different options. For example, a Multiloader can be installed before the ZELLO 1000 for automatic product feeding, while a collection table can be placed after the machine to collect and organize the pre-packaged products.

For products that need to be easy for the end customer to open, the ZELLO 1000 can be equipped with a tear tape adapter.

During the cellophane wrapping process, the machine’s cutting unit automatically cuts a precisely sized piece of film from the roll. Through an advanced mechatronic process, the film is then carefully folded around the product and sealed using heat blocks.

Depending on the product type and dimensions, the products are fed into the machine via a conveyor belt or a feed chute.
