The ADR AUTOWRAPPER is a cellophane wrapping machine that automatically folds and seals the right and left sides of the product.
Before the product is fed through the AUTOWRAPPER, the first longitudinal seal must already be in place. This can be created using the EZ Wrapper, Speedstar I, or Speedstar III.
By combining a manual system with the AUTOWRAPPER, you can increase your total production capacity. The semi-automatic wrapping machine saves time by automating the second and third welds on the product’s short sides.
Place the product in the center of the cellophane film, feed it into the AUTOWRAPPER, and press the two start buttons simultaneously. The machine then handles the rest of the process automatically.
The AUTOWRAPPER is easy to use. Two temperature controls regulate the temperature precisely—one for the left side and one for the right side. The temperature can be easily adjusted using the buttons on each control.
Once the machine has reached the correct temperature, place the product—which already has the first weld seam—into the folding unit. The process is started by pressing the two buttons simultaneously.
The product is then fed through the system with high precision. The machine wraps the cellophane film around the product and seals the film at the end of the process.
The result is a neat and professionally cellophane-wrapped product.
It is also possible to integrate a labeling machine directly into the production line. After the product has passed through the cellophane wrapping machine, the labeling unit automatically applies a label to the product.
The ADR AUTOWRAPPER is a flexible cellophane wrapping machine that can be supplemented with various options and equipment.
To create the first longitudinal seal, the system can be combined with the ADR EZ Wrapper or any of the machines in the SPEEDSTAR series.

Some users have multiple EZ Wrapper or SPEEDSTAR machines and collect the pre-packaged products to then perform the final sealing of the short sides using the AUTOWRAPPER.
If needed, we can provide a mobile, height-adjustable work table to create an optimal working environment. An ergonomic workstation is particularly important when producing large volumes with the cellophane wrapping machine.
Each machine comes with a set of adapters for one product size. Products with a different height require an additional set of adapters. The adapters are quick and easy to change, making it simple to switch between different products and contributing to more efficient production.
As an option, a label applicator can be installed after the semi-automatic cellophane wrapping machine. This allows price labels, EAN labels, or other types of labels to be automatically applied to the product.
