ADR Universal Feeder – the powerful friction feeder for a wide range of applications
Discover the ADR Universal Feeder, a versatile friction feeder designed for efficient handling of sheets, cards, protective sleeves, and coupons. It is available in three models— 250, 400, and 500 —and can handle sizes up to 250 × 300 mm (version 250), 400 × 300 mm (version 400), and 500 × 300 mm (version 500), respectively.
A powerful stepper motor ensures fast and reliable product feeding at speeds of up to 70 meters per minute.
The innovative combination of counter-rotating rubber rollers and modern microcontrollers ensures precise and reliable separation of various types of products.
As an option, the ADR Universal Feeder can be equipped with an HP-based inkjet printer, which makes it possible to print text, dates, times, and barcodes directly onto the products. The system produces sharp prints with a maximum print height of 12.7 mm and a resolution of 300 dpi.
The ADR Universal Feeder is microprocessor-controlled and features an intuitive user interface. Using the keypad and LCD display—which includes two lines of 20 characters each and seven function keys—the operator can easily set all key parameters.
Setting options include continuous feeding, feed rate, stop delay, print delay, and number of products dispensed. The system can also store up to 40 different job formats.
During operation, the machine’s current status is shown on the display, including information about completed production and the causes of any stoppages, such as “feeder empty” or “paper jam.”
The M and L versions of the ADR Universal Feeder are designed for handling longer products and allow for the use of multiple printers and labeling heads.
