ADR Multi is a flexible shrink-wrapping machine that can be used for products in many different formats and sizes.
With this proven solution, you can easily shrink-wrap Slim Cases, Jewel Cases, DVD cases, and many other types of products.
During shrink wrapping, the polypropylene film is neatly sealed around the product. After shrinking, the film has a smooth, even, and transparent surface, giving the product a professional look and making it ready for the store shelf.
The ADR VM100 is an efficient and compact tabletop model well-suited for small to medium production volumes.
When packaging with shrink film, the center-folded film is placed around the product. As it is heated in the machine, the film shrinks and forms a tight seal around the product.
At the same time, the film becomes clear and transparent, providing durable protection and enhancing the product’s visual presentation.
The ADR VM100 is particularly well-suited for situations where space is limited or where there is no need for a larger packaging machine. Despite its compact dimensions, the machine offers high capacity and a fast workflow.
Ease of use and fast packaging are some of the machine’s key advantages. The packaging process can be customized to the product by adjusting both the shrink time and the temperature.
The ADR VM100 is equipped with a larger roll holder for packaging film.
The new ADR VM100 Plus is also equipped with an integrated holder for polypropylene rolls.
