The ADR SD Producer 1-47 is a fast and efficient standalone SD card duplicator that offers a simple solution for professional bulk copying. With 1 master port and 47 destination ports, up to 47 SD cards can be copied simultaneously—without the need for a computer or additional software.
Each card slot has a separate, dedicated channel that supports a transfer rate of up to 33 MB/s.
The number of SD cards being copied at the same time does not affect the copy speed per port. This means that the system maintains its performance even when all destination ports are in use.
The intelligent source analysis automatically identifies the areas on the master card that contain data and copies only those areas. This can significantly reduce the copying time compared to copying the entire storage medium.

The Copy + Compare feature verifies the data after copying using a hardware-based bit-by-bit comparison.
The system verifies that the information on the target card matches the information on the master card. This provides a fast and reliable method for copying and verifying data.
During asynchronous copying, the information from the master card is automatically loaded into the system’s buffer memory. After that, each destination port can operate independently and continuously.
Once an SD card has been fully copied, it can be removed and replaced with a new one without interrupting any other ongoing copy processes. This enables an efficient and continuous production workflow.
