SD Producer NG makes it possible to quickly produce large quantities of exact copies from an SD master card. High data accuracy is ensured by the Copy & Compare feature, which compares the contents of each target card with the master card after copying.

Quality Control of Flash Memory Devices

With the comprehensive flash memory quality control feature, you can check SD cards before using them in production.

Among other things, the system can check:

• actual storage capacity
• reading speed
• typing speed
• the quality and properties of the storage medium

This makes it easier to identify unsuitable or defective SD cards before a large-scale copying project begins.

Quick Socket Technology

The new Quick Socket Technology makes it quick and easy to replace individual worn-out or damaged SD card slots.

Instead of performing extensive maintenance on the entire unit, the affected card slot can be replaced, which helps reduce downtime and ensure high production capacity throughout the system’s service life.

PC-Link for Monitoring and Log Reports

All models in the NG series come with PC-Link software for optional connection to a computer.

SD Producer can be connected to a PC via USB, and PC-Link can then be used for the following purposes, among others:

• real-time monitoring of copying
• Display of the capacity of the master and target cards
• display of typing speed
• monitoring the copying process
• generation of log reports
• improved production monitoring and documentation

PC-Link is an optional feature. No computer is required for normal operation of SD Producer NG.

Usage

Insert the SD card you want to copy into the first slot and place the desired number of SD cards into the remaining available destination slots. Then press “Copy” to start the copying process.

Depending on the model, a large number of copies can be created at the same time.

The ADR SD Producer NG uses an internal multi-core processor and controller and therefore operates completely independently. No computer is needed—simply connect the power supply, and the system is ready to use.

Status messages and information about the copying process are displayed in real time on the LCD screen.

To ensure that the information has been copied correctly, the comprehensive bit-by-bit comparison feature can be used.
