The Speedstar series consists of manual cellophane wrapping machines that enable the packaging of up to 300 products per hour at a significantly lower cost than many comparable solutions.
The machine is suitable for cellophane wrapping of product cartons, CD jewel cases, Amaray-type DVD and Blu-ray cases, and other flat products. The result is a sleek and professional finish that makes the products ready for the store shelf.

The Speedstar 1 offers a cost-effective solution without compromising on quality. Operating costs are also kept low because the machine does not require pre-cut cellophane sheets.
The Speedstar 1 uses full rolls of polypropylene film that are wrapped around the product and then cut and heat-sealed. The material cost can thus be as low as about 1 cent per cellophane-wrapped product.
All Speedstar 1 models can handle packaging with a film width of up to 280 mm. It takes only about 2 minutes to switch to a cellophane roll of a different size, making it easy to handle multiple product formats on the same machine.
No mechanical adjustments are required when changing formats. For the production of different formats, the machine can also be equipped with a cutting unit that trims the cellophane film to the product’s specifications, eliminating the need to change the roll for each format.
