Save time and money with the cellophane wrapping machines in the Speedstar series. The Speedstar 3 builds on the concept of the Speedstar 1 and simplifies cellophane wrapping with a semi-automatic feed, resulting in a smoother and more efficient workflow.
Watch the video and judge the results for yourself. After a brief introduction, an operator can handle up to 300 packages per hour.
Compare the cost of the Speedstar with other solutions on the market, and the difference becomes clear. The machine does not require pre-cut cellophane sheets but instead uses industrially produced rolls of polypropylene film.
This results in a low material cost for each packaged product. Expect a film cost of about 1 cent per package.
The Speedstar models can handle many different types of packaging, with options for film widths up to 500 mm. Changing to a different film roll takes only about 2–3 minutes, making it easy to switch between different product formats.
No mechanical adjustments to the machine are required when changing formats.
If you work with many different formats, the machine can also be equipped with an optional cutting unit. The film can then be cut to the desired width instead of having to change the film roll.

With a little experience, an operator can easily handle up to 300 products per hour. Cellophane wrapping is simple to perform, and the machine can be operated even by staff without prior specialized training.
The result is uniform, precise, and professional cellophane wrapping that gives the product an attractive, finished look.

We are happy to send samples with your own packaging. Send us some of your product boxes and we will cellophane wrap them and send them back, so you can judge the results for yourself.
You will notice that the Speedstar 1 delivers cellophane wrapping that can compete with the quality of much larger industrial machines – but at a significantly lower investment.
