ADR AG has developed the LAB8521 specifically for horizontal labeling of narrow, cylindrical products that cannot stand upright on their own, such as pens, test tubes, syringes, and lipstick tubes.

The unique horizontal design enables fast, stable, and precise labeling, minimizes the risk of misplacement, and contributes to an efficient production flow. The machine’s angled roller conveyor stabilizes the product from the side and ensures precise application as the product passes the labeling head.

User-friendly and flexible—the LAB8521 simplifies production

The LAB8521 has few moving parts and is easy to adjust. Switching between different product formats is quick and seamless.

The unique Auto-Feeder design and the angled conveyor belt with specially developed plastic rollers minimize the risk of damage to delicate products.

The machine is designed for cylindrical products with a diameter of 10–25 mm and can be equipped with an optional printer for marking directly during the labeling process.
