For added accuracy and security, the “Copy & Compare” feature provides additional reliability by comparing the copied data with the master memory after the copying process is complete.
In addition, USB Producer NG offers comprehensive quality tests for your USB media, so you can check just how fast and reliable your USB flash drives actually are.
In addition to its technical features, the standalone USB Producer NG impresses with a very user-friendly interface and ease of use. The new design is not only more compact but also makes it significantly easier to insert and remove USB flash drives.
Thanks to the new “Quick Socket Technology,” it’s very easy to replace individual USB ports, making this USB duplicator particularly well-suited for high-volume duplication. The ability to quickly swap out the connection slots contributes to smooth and efficient production, even for large production runs.
External 2.5-inch USB hard drives can also be copied using the NG series. Additional power adapters are available as an option to ensure a sufficient power supply.
All products in the NG series come with the “PC-Link” feature, which allows you to connect the device to a computer via USB and check its status. You can monitor the process on the computer screen and view various types of information, such as the size of the main memory, the size of the target devices, the write speed, and the progress of the process.
Simply plug the USB flash drive you want to copy into the first port. Then insert the number of USB flash drives you want to make copies on into the other available ports and select “Copy.”
The ADR USB Producer NG operates entirely without a computer thanks to its built-in multi-core processor. All you need is a power source.
Status messages and real-time information about the progress of the copying process can be viewed directly on the LCD display.
You can also initiate a bit-by-bit verification of the copying process. This ensures that your data has been copied correctly and exactly to the USB flash drive.
