The AF200 is a semi-automatic labeling machine designed for applying labels to containers and objects with flat surfaces. Labels are easily applied with the push of a button or using the included foot pedal.
The intuitive setup and operation make it easy to place the labels precisely. A convenient web-based calculation tool helps you quickly determine the correct settings and proper spacing for the labels. The values can be easily entered, saved, and retrieved via the intuitive LCD display.
The ultrasonic media sensor can be easily calibrated to detect the gaps between labels on a significantly wider range of materials than the mechanical sensors commonly used in other label applicators. This allows the AF200 to operate consistently and reliably even with thin materials.
The labels are applied evenly, efficiently, and with consistently high precision.
