The Afinia Label X350 is a high-performance digital roll-to-roll printer designed for the professional production of color labels and flexible packaging in large volumes. It combines high print speed, large media capacity, and low ink costs in a compact system that occupies less than 1 m² of floor space.
The X350 uses water-based pigment ink in CMYK and offers a print resolution of up to 1,600 × 1,600 dpi. With a maximum print speed of 45 meters per minute, the machine is well-suited for production environments where high capacity and efficiency are critical.
The printer handles media up to 350 mm wide and offers a maximum print width of 324.4 mm. It can be used with both continuous media and pre-cut labels, as well as media with black marks. The X350 is also designed for printing on flexible packaging films.
The durable pigment inks offer excellent resistance to water and UV exposure, among other factors. The system features four large 2-liter ink tanks, providing a total of 8 liters of CMYK ink and reducing the need for frequent refills during high-volume production.
The X350 is equipped with a user-replaceable printhead with 2× nozzle redundancy, which helps maintain even ink coverage and reduce visible print defects if individual nozzles fail. A large 21-inch touchscreen provides easy access to the machine’s functions and workflows.
