The DTM Print DP-4202 Disc Publisher is a professional, fully automatic system for burning and full-color printing on CDs and DVDs. With two integrated high-speed burners, automatic disc handling, and a capacity of up to 100 discs, the DP-4202 is designed for businesses that require efficient and reliable production of large quantities of optical media.
The DP-4202 automates the entire workflow. The integrated robotic system transports the discs from the magazine to the two burners and then on to the printer. When production is complete, the discs are automatically placed in the output area. Thanks to the two burners, the system can efficiently handle multiple discs and is therefore well-suited for medium to large production volumes.
For printing, the DP-4202 uses thermal inkjet technology and a high-capacity CMY three-color cartridge with an integrated print head. The print resolution is up to 4,800 dpi, enabling professional-quality reproduction of photographs, logos, graphics, and text directly onto printable discs.
The integrated printhead in the ink cartridge means that a new printhead is installed every time the cartridge is replaced. This helps ensure consistent print quality while reducing the need for maintenance.
The DP-4202 features a USB 3.0 connection for fast data transfer and comes with PTPublisher for Windows and Mac. The software is used to create and automate burning and printing jobs.
