Height has long been a limitation in UV printing. Most industrial machines have a maximum clearance of about 20 cm, while the MBO 6090 DESKTOP offers a full 40 cm on the Z-axis. This opens up the possibility of printing on products that simply wouldn’t fit before—such as fully assembled hard-shell suitcases, large shipping boxes, deep industrial enclosures, and extra-large custom trophies.
The usable print area is 90 × 60 cm. The machine features a robust steel construction, dual quiet-running THK guide rails, and a linear servomotor with magnetic levitation, ensuring highly stable and precise positioning even at high speeds.
The integrated UV-LED lamps cure the ink instantly and produce durable prints on materials such as metal, glass, wood, stone, plastic, fabric, and vinyl, as well as many other materials.
