The TSC TX610 is a professional 4-inch label printer designed for applications where very high resolution, precise positioning, and fine details are critical. With a resolution of 600 dpi (24 dots/mm), the printer can produce very small text, dense barcodes, 2D codes, symbols, and detailed graphics with high precision. TSC specifically highlights this model for small labels where precise calibration and registration are required.
The high resolution makes the TX610 particularly suitable for product labeling, electronics, components, laboratory and test labels, inventory labeling, and other applications involving small labels. The maximum print width is 106 mm, and the print speed is up to 102 mm/second (4 ips).
The TX610 supports both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing. For thermal transfer, the printer can use ribbons up to 300 meters long, with a ribbon width of 40–110 mm. This allows you to select ribbons and label materials based on requirements such as durability, scratch resistance, and longevity.
The integrated color LCD display with buttons makes the printer easy to configure and monitor. The TX610 offers a wide range of connectivity options, including USB, USB Host, Ethernet, and RS-232, as well as support for parallel connections. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are also available as wireless options.
